Irrenconcilable differences

Jim and I are lucky enough to live in a lovely two bedroom, two bathroom flat (until the end of the month, and then we move out, of course).  Back when we moved in we decided to use the master bedroom as a study/dressing room/guest room as there was more space, and the en-suite became the guest bathroom; our bedroom was the smaller room with the biggest bed in the world and not much else.  That was the theory: in practice, when the guest suite wasn’t being used for guests, Jim took it over to work in (because he still has a massive Dell desktop) and the en-suite became, de facto, his bathroom, leaving me with custody of the nicer bigger bathroom.  Oh, what a happy arrangement that was.  When I left the shower every morning, it looked like this:

With us moving out in just three weeks, and with most of our belongings in a crate headed for the otherside of the world, we simply don’t need to keep a guest room any more: nothing goes on in there and we’ve stopped using it, and the associated bathroom, so it’s easier to clean when we move out.  This does mean though, that James has started using my shower on the mornings when he doesn’t go to the gym.  Fine by me, but this is how I find it now:

Are these grounds for divorce?
